Call for Presentations

AFCOM Western Washington State Chapter is always looking for guest speakers to present at our quarterly meetings. Our members especially appreciate end user presentations from those in data center management and informational (product-neutral) sessions from our expert vendor community. If you are interested in presenting, please submit the web form below, or contact a board member.

Please consider the following presentation criteria:

-Educational, free from any commercial or sales content.

-Not a case study about or from a vendor/supplier/exhibitor.

-Include a presentation description of no more than 150 words.

-Session title is creative, short and descriptive.

-Session topic is original and can be applied to real-life situations in the data center.

-Session topic is of current importance.

-Include examples, solutions and success stories in description and the presentation.

-I am aware that I am required to provide a PowerPoint presentation by a specific deadline so that the Western Washington State Chapter of AFCOM will review the content for compliance with attached guidelines.

-I understand that my presentation will be posted to the password protected area of the Western Washington State Chapter of AFCOM website.

-Build in approximately 10 minutes at the end of the session for Q&A time.

Presenters are listed on the Western Washington State Chapter web site and presented with a thank you gift.
